Adele Hite

Adele Hite, PHD MPH RD is currently a Senior Writer at Diet Doctor since April 2019. Prior to this, Adele worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University from August 2013 to April 2019. Adele also served as a Research Assistant at SBG from November 2012 to August 2013, where Adele developed content for a grant in the Veterans' Association hospital system. With a background in Public Health Nutrition and English, Adele has a strong foundation in communication and healthcare.
