D’Ieteren Immo is the real estate company of the D’Ieteren Group, established in 2016 to consolidate and professionalize all property activities. 
We focus on asset management and development, managing a diverse portfolio across offices, dealerships, logistics centres, retail, and residential units. Our long-term “Invest and Hold” strategy drives us to create value through reconversion and redevelopment within our portfolio, while actively seeking new investment opportunities.
Sustainability is at the core of our approach. We aim to reduce our ecological footprint through energy efficiency, biodiversity and green electricity production on our sites. Today our portfolio covers 850,000 m² with 40% powered by self-produced electricity. Our commitment to innovation and social responsibility is reflected in projects like Mobilis.Brussels, a flagship sustainable development in the Brussels canal zone.
