Through our flagship Triathlon Nutrition Academy (TNA), the Triathlon Nutrition Kickstart Course, and a suite of athlete-friendly resources, we help age-group triathletes around the world understand exactly what to eat to support training, smash PBs, and enjoy the sport for life.
