Dietitian Approved is led by Advanced Sports Dietitian and triathlete, Taryn Richardson. As the official triathlon nutrition education partner of AusTriathlon, we provide evidence-based nutrition programs designed specifically for triathletes.

Through our flagship Triathlon Nutrition Academy (TNA), the Triathlon Nutrition Kickstart Course, and a suite of athlete-friendly resources, we help age-group triathletes around the world understand exactly what to eat to support training, smash PBs, and enjoy the sport for life.

Our philosophy is simple: real food, practical education, and no gimmicks. From recovery and race-day fueling strategies to everyday kitchen wins, we equip triathletes with the tools and confidence to take control of their nutrition.

Join our global community of triathletes who are learning to fuel like the fourth leg of triathlon really matters.
