Rustem Aldiyarov

Rustem Aldiyarov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and environmental management, currently serving as Deputy Executive Director and Business Development Manager at Dietsmann since February 2024. Prior to this, Rustem held various leadership roles at KCOI LLP, including Director of Branch and Deputy HR, Organization & ICT Manager, from July 2016 to February 2024. At "KazTranGas" JSC, Rustem worked as Technical Analyst and Senior HSE Manager, focusing on industrial safety and environmental protection across subsidiaries. Rustem began the career as an Environmental Engineer at the Kazakhstani Scientific-Research Geological Exploratory Petroleum Institute and IPC «Gidromet LTD», honing expertise in environmental assessments. Rustem holds a Master's degree in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Aktobe State University.
