Sandy Khamis

Sandy Khamis is an Agri-Food Engineer currently serving as an R&D officer at Difco Group, focusing on process engineering. Sandy completed internships at various companies, including KASSATLY CHTAURA and Agrifresh Lebanon, where they gained practical experience in beverage production, wastewater treatment, and quality supervision in vegetable processing. Sandy also participated in an internship at Coteaux du Liban, where they contributed to the transition towards organic wine production. An advocate for education and sustainability, Sandy engages in community initiatives as a Workshop Facilitator with the Lebanese Red Cross. They are pursuing an Engineer's degree in Food Technology and Processing at Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
