Nicole Hansen has been in the e-commerce industry since 2016. Nicole began their career at Bijoux Terner LLC as a Marketing Social Media Coordinator, where they created content and promotions for various social media platforms, laid out storytelling content tactically, and scheduled social media posts strategically based on marketing research. In 2016, they joined Perry Ellis International as an E-Commerce Coordinator, where they collaborated with the photo studio to get product images shot and styled appropriately for the website, uploaded and merchandised product on the website using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and performed site audits to minimize site errors and ensure a seamless customer journey online. Nicole then moved up to E-Commerce Assistant Site Manager, where they expanded product assortment on the site by identifying potential growth categories and assisted in preparation for pre-market analysis, marketing meetings, and sales meetings. Finally, Nicole was promoted to E-Commerce Site Manager, where they increased revenue for the fiscal year by 10.5% while sustaining margin, and increased revenue for Cyber Week by 30% YOY, conversion rate by 29%, and transactions by 28%. In 2020, they moved to 4ocean PBC in the same role and is currently working as an E-Commerce Site & Merchandising Manager at DIFF Eyewear.
