Leann Chen currently serves as a Generative AI Developer Advocate at Diffbot and as a Freelance Generative AI Consultant. Previously, Leann was a Content Data Scientist at Legendary Striking Ltd., where significant contributions included text analysis and audience segmentation that resulted in record-high viewership and revenue. Academic experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Professional Program Assistant at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, focusing on DEI strategies and web user interface improvements. Leann has also worked on people analytics at Workday and served as a Field Application Engineer at ASUS, where technical solutions were provided for international clients.
