Debbie Way is a seasoned editorial professional with extensive experience in writing and editing across various platforms. Currently a Senior Editor at Different Leaf since February 2019, Debbie oversees the editorial content for a national cannabis culture magazine. Prior to this role, Debbie served as a Freelance Writer and Editor and was a Senior Copywriter for The Yankee Candle Company, where engaging marketing copy was crafted to enhance brand identity. Previous positions include Managing Editor at Take Industries, Online Marketing Manager for Emily Rosenfeld, and Senior Editor at FamilyFun Magazine, Disney Adventures Magazine, and Disney Magazine, where Debbie honed skills in feature writing and editorial management. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art and Art History from Hampshire College.

Quarterly, Different Leaf magazine provides a road map to the evolving landscape for new and experienced cannabis consumers over 45 years old. Each issue features a mix of editorial that explores the medical, legal and social topics as well as food, nutrition & fitness, travel & tourism, arts & culture as well as the broad array of products available. For advertisers, our goal is to connect the rapidly growing number of cannabis businesses to a readership eager for information as well as to try new experiences.
