Nada Darwiche is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in strategy and operations, successfully leading global client engagements for Fortune 1000 companies and SMEs. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Consultant at Optimus SBR and a Transformation and Change Strategist at Differly Inc., Nada focuses on business transformation, change management, and strategy implementation. Previously, Nada held positions including Director at BottomLine Group and VP of Marketing at Lyreco, where they managed significant product portfolios and led cross-functional teams. Nada is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and is pursuing a BSc in Business, Marketing, and Psychology at the State University of New York.
