Arwin Schalken possesses extensive experience in key account management and sales within the coatings industry. Currently serving as the International Key Account Manager for Toll Manufacturing at Diffutherm B.V. since May 2019, Arwin has transitioned from a focus on Private Label business to advancing in the Tolling sector. Previously, Arwin held the position of International Key Account Manager at BASF Coatings Services B.V. for nearly two decades, from May 2002 to May 2021, and began a career in the coatings field as a Sales Consultant for Glasurit and a Technical Support representative at Coating Application Products (Devilbiss) from 1999 to 2002.
