Bob Roos

Bob Roos is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial management and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as CEO and CFO of Diffutherm B.V. since February 2020, Bob previously held the position of CFO and Member of the Executive Board at KACO new energy, where responsibilities included overseeing finance, IT, and HR while enhancing operational efficiency across global subsidiaries. Bob's earlier roles include Vice President & General Manager of AEG Power Solutions, Managing Director of PV Solutions, and Managing Director at Ecostream, where significant contributions were made in market growth and financial reorganizations. Bob's career also includes leadership in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, focusing on M&A projects and financial due diligence, backed by higher education from IESE Business School and accreditation from Nederlands Instituut van Register Accountants.
