Jill Orum serves as the Executive Vice President at Dig Insights since February 2020, where the consultancy focuses on empowering insights teams to unlock consumer opportunities using technology and analytical tools. Prior to this role, Jill was a Senior Consultant at AspireUp, LLC, and the Founder & President at NorthPoint Marketing Strategies, where strategic marketing and consumer insights were emphasized. Jill also held notable positions at Prophet as Partner & Head of Customer Insights, and at PepsiCo as Senior Director of Insights for the Global Nutrition Group, leading initiatives for health and wellness brands. Earlier in the career, Jill contributed to Kraft Foods Group in various consumer insights and strategy roles. Jill holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business.
