Simone Smith

Simone graduated from Strathclyde University with an LLB (Honours) in 1999, obtaining her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2000. She completed her legal training in a small specialist personal injury practice, qualifying as a solicitor in 2002. She continued in practice with the firm for a number of years, after that moving to another specialist private injury firm.

Simone left legal practice for a period to work within the public sector and has recently returned to private practice. She joined Digby Brown in November 2022 and is based within the Non-Accidental Injury Team in the Glasgow Office. She deals with Criminal Injuries and historic abuse cases.

Simone sits as a member of the Children’s Panel in Glasgow.
