Matt Holley

Matt Holley has a strong background in business development and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Castle Contracting, LLC since January 2022, Matt previously held positions at Millstone Weber, LLC from March 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included business development and field engineering. Matt's career began at Fred Weber, Inc. as a Quality Control Technician from January 2011 to March 2015. An alumnus of Missouri State University, Matt earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Management between 2006 and 2010, following graduation from Christian Brothers College High School in 2006.
