Mike Melzer

Mike Melzer is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Castle Contracting, LLC since March 2020, Mike oversees construction projects while also coaching clients at CrossFit Counter Culture since December 2016. Previous roles include Track Engineer at Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. from May 2017 to March 2020 and Field Engineer at PCL Construction from May 2016 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing submittals, conducting safety orientations, and producing quality control documentation. Mike's extensive background also includes operating a wrought iron fabrication business from 2006 to 2016, which encompassed design, customer relations, and project execution, as well as supervisory roles in welding and grading. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, completed between 2012 and 2017.
