Amanda Ryan-Smith, MSW, CFRE, is an accomplished chief development officer with over two decades of experience in enhancing philanthropic efforts and leading development teams. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at DigDeep, they previously held the same position at The Trevor Project, where they significantly increased fundraising efforts. Amanda's extensive background includes leadership roles at notable organizations such as Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, the National Center for Lesbian Rights, and United Way for Greater Austin, where they drove substantial revenue growth and secured major gifts. They hold a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in social work and psychology from Baylor University.
