DigiNotice provides highly targeted DIGITAL NOTICE BOARDS and NOTICES that solve specific issues in condo buildings. We are 100% focused on solving problems in condos by using properly planned and executed communication.

Nearly every subject related to a condo, be it AGM attendance, balcony rules, security issues, people, pets, parking; all of these can have a negative impact on the condo corporation's bottom line.

The good news is that COMMUNICATION can solve an awful lot of these issues, and yet lack of communication is often the #1 COMPLAINT at condo AGMs.

At DigiNotice, we've discovered that the way to SOLVE that problem is to:
a) install a digital notice board
b) make sure the notices are something that people will actually READ

Digital notice boards are by far the most effective way to communicate to your residents. Unlike email and paper shoved under the door, they don't need to point, click, open, pick up, or surf a website to get information. Digital notice capitalize on what's called a "captive audience" - your residents are simply standing there, waiting for, or in, an elevator. They can't miss it, and when you consider that most people would rather stare at a screen than speak to a fellow elevator passenger, their value cannot be understated, when they are used PROPERLY. The tool itself is not as important as what you do with it.

Planned, carefully crafted and scheduled notices are essential to keep residents informed, responsible and cost conscious, and DigiNotice specializes in creating communication that actually WORKS.

If you really want to make a difference at your property, communicate with us first :)
