Don H. has over 20 years of work experience in the security industry. Don began their career in 1997 as a Government Account Representative for Wells Fargo Alarm / ADT. In 1998, they moved to Conseps FMS Inc as a Government Account Representative. In 2000, they became the Director of Business Development Integrated Security Solutions (ISS) at Signal Communications (SIGCOM). In 2004, they co-owned TMG Inc. In 2007, they were an Account Manager at Security 101. In 2008, they were a Commercial & Government Security Consultant at SDA Security Inc. In 2009, they started as Regional Manager East USA at Merit LILIN UK Ltd and moved to Director of Sales Americas in 6 months. From 2011 to 2017, they were Channel Manager at VCA Technology / VCA Inc., where they grew the sector 90% to $4 million in 2017 and assisted in the development of a limited distribution channel. Since 2017, they have been the Vertical Market Manager at CBC AMERICA LLC. In 2022, they became an Account Manager at Digi Security Systems.

Don H. attended Van Nuys High School from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a General Education degree. Don then attended Los Angeles Valley College from 1980 to 1984, studying Music. Finally, Don H. attended Rio Hondo College from 1986 to 1987, also studying Music.
