Anu Honkala

Anu Honkala is an experienced consultant and manager with a strong background in supply chain management, demand planning, and production processes. Currently serving as a D365 Consultant at Fellowmind since March 2020, Anu focuses on defining and implementing tailored solutions for clients. Previous roles include Demand and Supply Planning Manager at Sartorius Biohit Liquid Handling Oy, where Anu developed demand planning processes and managed production scheduling, and Development Engineer at Metso Minerals, contributing to SAP Variant Configurator content and demand management. Anu's career spans over two decades, with core competencies in SAP ERP, production planning, and system specifications within the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. Anu holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Pori Polytechnic.
