Eija Simonen

Eija Simonen has over two decades of experience in human resources, progressing through various roles and responsibilities across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Digia Plc since February 2019, Eija previously held HR Manager and HR Specialist positions at Algol Oy from September 2011 to February 2019. Earlier career highlights include HR Specialist roles at Luottokunta and positions at Barona Group Oy, where Eija progressed from HR Assistant to Työsuhdepäällikkö. Eija's career began at Nokia Networks Oyj as an HR Assistant. Educationally, Eija holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Communication from North Karelia University of Applied Sciences and a YO degree from Lieksan lukio.
