Dr. Javed Alam, MRSS, MRSC, is a professor and senior computer scientist with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and over 18 years of experience in industrial and academic research and teaching. Currently, they serve as an Associate Professor at Chandigarh University and a Senior Computer Scientist at DigiBiomics. Previously, Dr. Alam held positions at QuantLase Imaging Laboratory, AiFi Technologies, Amrapali University, and DIT University, contributing to significant advancements in machine learning and health monitoring applications, including the development of a COVID-19 screening algorithm during the pandemic. They have also mentored students and actively contributed to the academic community through various publications and reviews.
