Dwayne previously held significant roles, including Broadband and IPTV Planning & Capacity Engineer, where they managed the planning and optimization of Broadband Systems, and Systems Engineer, where they oversaw the implementation of reliable network operations. Dwayne's early career as an ICT Engineer was marked by the development of infrastructure solutions and strong customer relationships. Dwayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
