Dwayne Ramsay

Dwayne Ramsay is an experienced professional in telecommunications, currently serving as the Group Head of Business Risk & Corporate Security and previously as the Group Fraud Manager at Digicel Group since October 2009. Ramsay oversees telco fraud threat assessments and mitigation processes within Digicel's CALA operations, in addition to managing billing dispute resolutions and revenue assurance related to international and regional carrier partnerships. Prior experience includes roles at LIME and Cable & Wireless Jamaica, where Ramsay managed billing support systems and mediation processes across multiple markets. Ramsay holds a BSc in Computer Information Science from Barry University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Policy and Technology Management at The University of the West Indies, Mona.
