John Ramirez is an experienced Information & Communication Technology Professional with a background in managing various platforms for major telecommunication providers in Trinidad and Tobago. As a Senior Engineer at Digicel Group, John serves as a team leader for the Billing and Application section. Prior to this, as an Application Analyst at TSTT, John was responsible for managing the Conceptwave Ordercare platform and the Interactive Intelligence Contact Center platform. With a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Anglia Ruskin University, John has a strong foundation in IT and a proven track record in developing and implementing solutions for telecommunication companies.
