Lashanda Boyce

Lashanda Boyce is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial and consultancy roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the North West Indies Region at Digicel Group since 2019, Lashanda oversees HR operations in Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla, Montserrat, and St. Kitts and Nevis. In addition, Lashanda has been a Human Resources Project Manager at Olvis Hawkins HR Consultancy since 2018 and previously held the position of Human Resources Consultant at Massy Distribution (Barbados) Ltd. from March 2016 to August 2019. Early career experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Officer at Elegant Hotels Group from 2013 to 2016, where Lashanda served as Human Resources Manager.
