Daniel Anderson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniel started off their career as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte from January 2001 to August 2003. After that, they worked as an HR Generalist at GE Infrastructure from April 2005 to February 2007. Daniel then joined Garff Enterprises as an HR Manager/Assistant Controller from January 2007 to July 2008. Following this, they served as the Director of Total Rewards & Global Mobility at Boart Longyear from July 2008 to October 2018, where they managed various aspects of compensation, benefits, performance management, and HRIS programs for a global mining and metals company. Currently, Daniel holds the position of VP of Total Rewards at DigiCert, Inc. since October 2018. In this role, they oversee the Total Rewards function for a global internet security company, which includes managing compensation and benefits, global mobility, rewards and recognition, and performance management. Daniel is currently involved in the launch of a global online rewards and recognition program.

Daniel Anderson, MBA, completed their education at Brigham Young University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business and Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended the University of Utah, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting and Japanese with a dual major. In addition, Daniel Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the State of California in 2002.
