Ellenoré Buys is a Compliance Analyst at DigiCert, Inc., since October 2019, specializing in researching and creating new sources, as well as analyzing and updating existing sources. Previously, Ellenoré served as an Associate Authentication Analyst, assisting customers with account and order-related queries while validating company information according to CAB Forum/DigiCert standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Web Services and a self-employed Qualified Professional Au Pair and Tutor from 2009 to 2019. Ellenoré has a rich background in music, performing as a soloist and ensemble member in various productions and serving in event coordination and public speaking roles. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Performance from the University of Cape Town, a TEFL Certificate, as well as diplomas in Social Media Marketing, Blogging, and Content Writing from Shaw Academy.
