Eric Porter

Eric Porter has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Eric is currently serving as the SVP Finance & IT at DigiCert, Inc. since September 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at DigiCert, Inc. from December 2014 to September 2020. Eric also worked as a Controller at DigiCert, Inc. from December 2010 to December 2014.

In addition, Eric has also founded ReachOut in April 2016, where they served as a Founder and Board Member. Before that, they worked at Titanium Holdings, Inc. as an AVP - Operations Manager from June 2010 to December 2010, and as a Controller from March 2007 to July 2010.

Eric's earlier experience includes working as an Accountant and I.T. Manager at UK-US Holdings Inc. from September 2006 to March 2007, as well as at Ross Equipment Company, Inc. from September 2005 to September 2006. Eric started their career as a Staff Accountant at Lake, Hill & Myers from January 2005 to September 2005.

Eric briefly worked as an Accounting Manager at Wasatch Property Services, Inc. from July 2004 to December 2004.

Before entering the private sector, Eric worked in Networking/Procurement at University of Utah - Employment from August 1998 to July 2004.

Valuable experience in IT support was gained during their time at Sentry Financial Corporation from 1996 to 1998.

Eric Porter has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Eric also holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the same institution. In addition, they have an MBA from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Eric Porter is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) obtained from ISACA in 2007.
