Jess Theodore

Jess Theodore has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jess started their career as a Law Clerk at Airbus Group Inc. in 2007, before transitioning to Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as a Summer Associate/Law Clerk in 2008. Jess continued working at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as an Associate from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they joined Ballard Spahr LLP as a Corporate Associate in 2012 and worked there until 2017. Since 2017, they have been with DigiCert, Inc., where they served as a Senior Product Counsel until February 2020, and currently holds the position of VP, Associate General Counsel.

Jess Theodore received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude, in International Relations from Brigham Young University in 2006. Jess later earned a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009.
