Leann Hogenson

Leann Hogenson has a strong background in contract management and legal support. Leann began their career at Abbott & Associates in 2010 as a Paralegal. Leann then moved to DigiCert, Inc. in 2012 where they worked as a Paralegal until 2016. During this time, Leann gained extensive experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. In 2016, they took on the role of Contract Manager at DigiCert, where they continued to oversee contract negotiations and implement efficient processes. In 2020, Leann transitioned to the role of Privacy Program Manager, where they managed privacy initiatives and worked on ensuring compliance. Later in 2020, they were promoted to Senior Contracts Manager, responsible for managing a team of legal professionals and leading contract negotiations. Most recently, Leann is serving as the Principal Contracts Manager at DigiCert, where they oversee all aspects of contract management.

Leann Hogenson holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, General from Utah Valley University. Additionally, they obtained the CIPP/E certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2020.
