Lorena Powers is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in DNS management and IT security. Currently serving as a Technical Support Manager at DigiCert since July 2022, Lorena previously held similar roles at Constellix and Tiggee LLC, providing global user support and solutions for DNS implementations. With a background as an IT Security Intern at Williams & Connolly LLP, Lorena gained valuable insights into cybersecurity in a fast-paced environment.
