Maya Heaton

Maya Heaton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit and collections, currently serving as a Senior Credit and Collections Analyst at DigiCert, Inc. since June 2016. In this role, Maya oversees commission payout records for over 40,000 reseller accounts and has initiated daily NetSuite uploads to reconcile more than 360,000 accounts. Prior positions at DigiCert include Collections Team Lead, where Maya planned department training and improved processes, and Accounts Receivable Specialist, handling customer accounts and reconciliations. Maya also served as a Private Violin Instructor from January 2014 to August 2016, creating lesson plans for beginning students.
