Richard Hall possesses extensive experience in customer success, technical sales, and product management within the digital trust and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as AVP of Customer Success at DigiCert since November 2017, Richard leads a global team focused on customer onboarding and relationship management, while also representing the company in partner ecosystems. Prior roles at DigiCert include AVP of Technical Sales and VP of Customer Success. Before joining DigiCert, Richard held multiple positions at Symantec, including Director of Customer Success, where responsibilities encompassed managing pre- and post-sales teams for the Website Security business. Richard's professional journey also includes notable roles at ChosenSecurity, Atticus Consulting, Cybertrust, and other technology companies, complemented by advanced degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration from Northeastern University and University of Southern Maine.
