Rushda Petersen

Rushda Petersen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Total Rewards Specialist at DigiCert, Inc. since October 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Consultant at Nedgroup Investments, and Human Resources Officer at New Media. Rushda began a career in human resources as an Industrial Psychology Intern at Media24 (Pty) Ltd and gained teaching experience as an Organisational Psychology Head Tutor at the University of Cape Town. Early in the career, Rushda worked as an Office Administrator at Zando. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and an Honours degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Organisational Psychology & Clinical Psychology, all obtained from the University of Cape Town.
