Tammy Green has an extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Software Engineer at Novell from 1995 to 2005. Tammy then worked at Novell, Inc. as a Distinguished Engineer from 2005 to 2009, where they led the Security Review Board and improved the export review process for products. Tammy Green obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Tulane University from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Tammy Green has also obtained certifications in "Developing Executive Presence" from LinkedIn in 2018 and a security clearance, though the institution and exact time frame for the latter are unspecified.
