Igor Kiselov

Igor Kiselov is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in program strategy development and execution. Currently at Digicode since January 2016, Igor manages a team of over 70 members, handling program management, account management in the EU and US markets, and overseeing mid-scale project delivery processes. Previously, Igor worked at Київстар from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities included program goals management, product development, and team supervision for a group of more than 20 individuals. Igor holds a Master's Degree in Economic Cybernetics from Poltav'skij Nacional'nij Tehnicnij Universytet imeni Yuriya Kundratiuka, obtained in 2015.
