Scott Chapman

Scott Chapman is an experienced aviation system safety analyst currently employed at DigiFlight, Inc. since September 2019, focusing on the PM Apache NETT program. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Aviation Systems Safety Officer at HQDA G-3/5/7 (DAMO-AV) from September 2016 to September 2019, providing principal advice on aviation programs and policies within the Department of Defense. Scott also held positions as Senior Aviation Safety Technical Advisor at the 101st Aviation Brigade from January 2013 to July 2016 and the 1-101st Aviation Battalion from May 2005 to December 2013, where responsibilities included managing aerospace safety programs and assessing hazards in diverse operational environments. Earlier experiences include roles as Company Supply/Unit Movements Officer in the 1st Battalion, 1st Infantry Division and Tactical Operations Aviation Officer in the 3rd Battalion, 101st Airborne Division. Scott holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from San Diego State University.
