Scott Chapman is an experienced aviation system safety analyst currently employed at DigiFlight, Inc. since September 2019, focusing on the PM Apache NETT program. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Aviation Systems Safety Officer at HQDA G-3/5/7 (DAMO-AV) from September 2016 to September 2019, providing principal advice on aviation programs and policies within the Department of Defense.
