Augustine L.

Augustine L. began their career in 2002 as a Project Officer for the Republic of Singapore Navy. In 2004, they moved to the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) as a Senior Assistant Director in the Resource Division. In 2007, they were on secondment from the Ministry of Trade and Industry to the Singapore Economic Development Board, where they served as Head (Telecommunications & Networks). In 2011, they returned to the Ministry of Trade and Industry as Deputy Director of the Futures & Strategy Division. Also in 2011, Augustine L. founded Digify, a cloud-based document security service with self-destruct, anti-copy and tracking capabilities for confidential documents. Digify has been featured in VentureBeat, Engadget, Lifehacker, and other prominent publications around the world.

Augustine L. studied Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Technical University of Munich, Germany, from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained an M.Sc. Augustine also attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 1993 to 1994.
