Megan Lau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Megan started their career in 2016 as an Event Marketing Intern at the Social Enterprise Research Institute. Megan then joined WHub as a Community Catalyst in 2016. In 2017, Megan worked at Mettā as both a Community Manager and an Entrepreneur in Training. Megan later joined IWG plc in 2018, first as a Community Manager and then as a Deputy Community Manager Team Lead. More recently, Megan joined Digify in 2021 as a Customer Success Manager.

Megan Lau completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Human Resource Management from Lingnan University from 2012 to 2017. In 2016, they also participated in a Summer Exchange Program at Dongguk University.
