Santosh Kumar

Santosh Kumar has an extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Santosh currently works as a QA Lead at Digify since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SICPA from 2016 to 2022, where they held roles such as Test Team Lead and Senior Solution Quality Assurance Engineer. At SICPA, Santosh was involved in project stabilization and maintenance, automation implementation and maintenance, exploratory testing, usability testing, risk analysis, and ISO internal auditing.

Before joining SICPA, Santosh worked at Expedia Lodging Partner Services as a UAT Coordinator from 2015 to 2016. Santosh was responsible for coordinating user acceptance testing activities. Prior to this, they worked at Pradotec Corporation Sdn Bhd as a Sr QC Engineer from 2014 to 2015. In this role, Santosh was involved in quality control process design and implementation, SOP definition, documentation control implementation, and automation proof of concepts.

From 2010 to 2014, Santosh worked at ADP as a QA Engineer. Santosh had experience in performance testing using Loadrunner, security testing using Paros, and designing strategic test plans, test cases, and test reports for manual testing. Before ADP, Santosh worked at Infosys as a Sr Software Engineer from 2005 to 2009. During their time at Infosys, they gained expertise in usability testing, unit testing, system testing, regression testing, integration testing, functional testing, user acceptance testing, product validation testing, and end-to-end testing. Santosh was also involved in quality audits, process improvement activities, agile methodology implementation, and test script automation.

Overall, Santosh Kumar has a strong background in quality assurance, testing, and project management, with expertise in various testing methodologies, automation, and process improvement.

Santosh Kumar attended Lenora College of Engineering Affiliated to JNTU from 2001 to 2005. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree with a focus on ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering). In addition to their formal education, Santosh went on to obtain certifications in Professional Scrum Developer 1 from Scrum.org in November 2018 and Professional Scrum Master 1 from the same institution in June 2018.
