MTS Optical Engineer at DigiLens

Daniel Gallardo has worked in various roles in the optical engineering field since 2016. Daniel has been employed at DigiLens Inc. since 2016, where they have held the roles of MTS Optical Engineer, Senior NPI Optical Engineer, Senior Test and Measurement Engineer, and Optical Engineer. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Optics Laboratory Research Assistant at San Francisco State University, where they taught various supplementary labs to undergraduate courses, led a lab group section specializing in experiments involving the optical induction of photonic lattices, and trained new students. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Rehabilitation Aide - Inpatient at UCSF, where they helped mobilize hospital patients, maintained schedules, provided mechanical lift and safety training to nursing staffs, and performed departmental efficiency analysis.

Daniel Gallardo obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of San Francisco in 2006. Daniel then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Physics from San Francisco State University in 2015.
