Simon Perry

Simon Perry has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon is currently working as a Senior Director, Solution Architect at Digimarc since September 2022. Previously, Simon held various roles at OATSystems, a division of Checkpoint Systems. Simon started as a Systems Engineer in October 2004 and transitioned to the role of Solution Architect from April 2010 to June 2015. Simon then served as a Senior Solution Architect from June 2015 to March 2016 before being promoted to Director of Software Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for solution delivery for all projects across Europe and led a team of professional service resources. Additionally, Simon led a major multi-million euro engagement with a leading European retailer and oversaw the transformation of the software application to a cloud-based architecture. Prior to OATSystems, Simon worked as a Researcher/Developer at Integrated Product Intelligence from July 2002 to July 2004.

Simon Perry obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a second-class honors (2.1) from the University of Reading, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
