Michael Lacey is the Founder and CEO of Digineer®, bringing a passion for innovative problem solving, learning, and leadership to help others achieve their goals. They have served as an Advisory Board Member at Bell Bank from 2012 to 2014 and currently hold the position of Advisory Board Chairman at Homes for Heroes®. With previous roles as a Team Leader/Account Manager at GE Capital Consulting and Director of Client/Server Computing at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Lacey also contributes as a Board Member at SMCpros and the Minnesota High Tech Association, where they were a past chairman. Lacey earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
