Helio Costa has over 15 years of experience in finance, specializing in Financial Planning, Controllership, FP&A, Commercial Planning, and Treasury. They have managed finance teams and reported to C-Level executives in various national and international settings. Helio has held significant roles at companies such as Banco Pine, PagBank PagSeguro, and Sem Parar Empresas, where they drove strategic financial initiatives and implemented impactful reporting processes. They hold an MBA in Banking from Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed additional education in Financial Markets at Yale University. Currently, Helio serves as a FP&A Coordinator at Digio.
