Karim Ibrahim

Karim Ibrahim has a solid work experience that spans several roles and companies. Karim started their career at Silicon21 as a Technical Support Engineer in 2006. Karim then joined Etisalat Misr in 2007 and held various positions, including VAS Engineer, Senior VAS Operation Engineer, Team leader, and finally VAS Operations Senior Principle. In 2017, Karim moved to Digis Squared (Digis2), where they initially worked as a VAS Operations Manager. Karim then progressed to the role of Head of Managed Services & Support before becoming the Operation & Support Director. Overall, Karim has extensive expertise in network operations and support, with a focus on VAS (Value-Added Services).
