Mbanza Rafael

Mbanza Rafael is a skilled professional with diverse experience in telecommunications and education. Currently serving as a Front Office Engineer at Digis Squared (Digis2) since April 2022, Mbanza is responsible for network surveillance, issue reporting, troubleshooting, and managing trouble tickets using various OSS tools such as Netact and Zabbix.
