Moataz Khalil

Moataz Khalil has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Moataz started their career as a project coordinator in the Planning & Business Development Department at Sulaiman A. Al-Rajhi Real Estate Investments Co. from May 2002 to June 2005. In this role, they were responsible for tracking project progress, addressing issues and risks, and consolidating progress reports.

Moataz then worked at Vodafone as a Senior Technical Trainer from May 2005 to November 2014. Moataz led a team of 25 professionals and managed daily call center operations, focusing on ensuring a high-quality customer experience and achieving performance objectives. Moataz also played a key role in training staff on technical and communication skills, improving performance, and facilitating continuing education classes.

From December 2014 to January 2016, Moataz worked at Amer Group as a Customer Care & CRM Manager. Moataz played a pivotal role in establishing the CRM & Customer Care department for the entire organization. Moataz created two teams, Call Center & CRM Team, and implemented a central CRM platform to streamline customer profiles. Moataz also developed a service excellence strategy, enhanced the customer experience, and reported directly to the CEO.

After that, they joined Tabarak Holding as a Customer Service Manager from February 2016 to July 2017. In this role, Moataz managed customer service operations and ensured customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Moataz worked at DIGIS2 as a Human Resources & Administration Director from July 2017.

Moataz Khalil completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management & Leadership from the Swiss School of Management from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Banking from Sadat Academy For Management Science, studying from 1996 to 2001. In 2019, Moataz also pursued training in General Industry Safety & Health from OSHAcadamey Safety & Health Training. It is not specified when they attended Amal Language School or pursued any specific degree there.
