Tim Bertheau has held a variety of roles since 2010. Tim was a Cofounder of MADCB Limited in 2010, a Principal Consultant and Agile Coach/Trainer at Pansophos Associates Limited from 2010 to 2014, a Director of Product Development and R&D/Executive Team Member at Serato Inc LP from 2011 to 2014, an Agile Program Manager at StubHub on a contract basis in 2014, an Advisor to future entrepreneurs for the SPARK $100k Entrepreneurship Challenge at The University of Auckland in 2012, a Technical Advisory Board Member at IPSafe Limited in 2012, an Executive Agile Coach at Persistent Systems from 2015 to 2018, an Executive Agile Coach at Cprime, Inc from 2018 to 2019, and a Mentor for Steve Blank's Class Engr 245 - Lean LaunchPad at Stanford University in 2018. Tim is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Digital Align Inc.

Tim Bertheau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has completed Continuing Education courses from the same institution. In 2016, they became a LeSS Certified Practitioner from LeSS Works and obtained a Certification from Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Master. Tim also has an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and is a Diver 2nd Class from the United States of America Navy.
