David Breslin

David Breslin worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Strathclyde from 1995 to 2000, where they were involved in video compression algorithms, optimizations, consulting, and software development. David joined Essential Viewing Systems in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer/Researcher, where the company delivered low-latency video over any communications network, was acquired by Digital Barriers in 2011. At Digital Barriers, they worked as a PO/Team Lead, where the company provided advanced surveillance technologies to multinational corporations, governments, and system integrators on complex and critical surveillance challenges across various sectors. David'srole involved real-time wireless surveillance streaming.

David Breslin attended the University of Strathclyde from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.
