David Stephens

David Stephens is an accomplished investor at 3i Group Plc, where they focus on originating, executing, and representing mid-market private equity investments across Europe, particularly in the technology sector. Co-Head of the UK team, they have previously worked on notable acquisitions, including Digital Barriers and Audley Travel, and have spent significant time in 3i’s international offices, especially in the US. David currently serves on the boards of Audley Travel and Digital Barriers. Prior to 3i, they were an investment banker at Close Brothers and DC Advisory Partners, and they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Bristol.
